工程技工 Engineering Technicians

1. 严格遵守员工守则和各项规章制度。
Strict compliance with the Staff Code and the regulations.
2. 做好工作岗位的清洁卫生工作并定期清洗相关设备。
Do the cleaning jobs and cleaning related equipment regularly.  
3. 按时、按质、按量完成各项工作任务并填好设备运行记录表格，服从领导分配。
To complete the various tasks timely, quantity，and fill the form of equipment operating records. Obey the leadership of distribution.
4. 了解酒店产品知识，包括餐饮、客房、宴会、健身等设施，能够回答客人关于这些方面的所有问题。
Have knowledge about hotel product knowledge, including Food& Beverage, Guest Room, Banquet, Health club ect. and can answer all these questions to our guests.
5. 全面了解酒店的各项规定和程序及部门标准操作程序。
Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures as well as departmental SOP.
6. 随时注意保持部门的清洁卫生。
Ensure department cleanliness is maintained at all times.
7. 了解并正确组织实施应急预案。
Have knowledge about all emergency procedures and know how to act on them.
8. 遵守安全规定，确保酒店安全。发生事故，及时上报。遵守酒店的安全规范。负责设备操作前的安全指导工作。
Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
9. 有计划的开展酒店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。保证酒店设施达标。
To carry out the inspection work according with the plan. Up reporting immediately when the security risks or facility problems be found. To ensure that the standard of hotel facilities.
10. 配合其他部门进行加工制作；协助列出材料价格以便完成工作。
With other departments to manufacture. Assistance to the listed price of materials in order to complete the work.
11. 工作中执行顾客满意标准；严格执行防火和人身安全规定。
Implementation of customer satisfaction standards in work. Strict implementation of fire prevention and personal safety requirements.
12. 保证酒店维修所需物品充足。
To ensure adequate hotel maintenance required items.
