工程总监Director of Engineering

岗位职责/职位描述
To take overall charge of the repair and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical service, general building grounds and contents repair and maintenance, and for the efficient and safe operation of all plants, equipment, building systems, absolute priority fire preventive alarm system.  Teach all Eng. Ambassador theoretically and practically.  Cost control and consumption control and manning control systematically and efficiently.  Report to GM/DGM/RM.
总负责所有的机械、电的维修和整个大楼及其中所有设备的维修及预防维修，并且须保证所有设备、大楼系统的效率和安全操作，特别是火灾报警预防系统。教工程部所有大使理论以及实践上的知识。系统且有效地控制成本和消耗，以及人员控制。
SpecificRequirements
具体要求
Minimum of 5  years experience as Director of Engineering.
至少5年工程总监工作经验。
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.
有普通话和英语交流能力。
Well versed in regulations such as building codes, fire, health and safety
精通建筑规范,消防,卫生和安全等规定。
