Position Overview 岗位概述:
Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for producing the highest-quality products, supervising the colleague to work efficiently, striving to control overtime and maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines.
饼房厨师主管负责生产最高品质的产品,监督员工高效率工作,控制加班时间,按照公司的指导方针保持卫生和安全标准。
The Role 岗位职责:
1. Produce pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours and ice cream and ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.
在生产糕点,蛋糕,甜品,巧克力,小吃和冰淇淋的过程中确保它们符合规定的配方和规范。
2. Understand the basic philosophy of the company. Implement and energize the company philosophy in their daily work.
了解公司的基本理念,执行公司理念灌输到日常的工作当中。
3. Assist in keeping record on stock level and store all semi-finished and finished bakery products properly so as to keep spoilage to a minimum.
协助保持库存量的记录和储存所有半成品以及面包店的成品,把损坏率降到最低。
4. Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good working conditions and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.
检查和维护所有操作设备以及建议主管在必要时进行修理和维护。
5. Keep the work stations clean and sanitize and follow proper safety procedures at all time.
保持工作台的清洁和消毒工作并遵循正规的安全程序。
6. Assist in creating new types of pastries products and desserts.
协助创新糕点产品和甜点。
7. Perform any other related duties when assigned by manager.

Criteria 候选人要求:
1. English could be his/her working language
英文可以作为工作语言
2. have fine dining restaurant or plate dessert pastry experience, French dessert experience is preferred.
拥有高级餐厅甜品工作经验或是丰富的盘式甜品制作经验,精通法式甜品将被优先考虑
3. have at least one year of same position experience
在同等职位上工作满一年
