Spa Director 水疗总监

The SPA Director will ensure that all spa colleagues thoroughly understand Spa philosophy and translate it into action. The Spa Director is responsible for the quality of the guest experience, retail and service sales, general Spa operations and the supervision and development of the spa colleague. Responsible for aking colleague understand brand standards, philosophy and specific working processes. Ensure that all colleagues are properly certified and trained in their respective positions, and that all training and certification materials are up-to-date and maintained.
