Position Overview 岗位概述:
This position is mainly responsible for the Capella Residence sales and guest relationship maintenance.
该岗位主要负责上海嘉佩乐40栋长租公寓的销售及客户维护工作。
Responsible in achieving room and catering sales target objectives of his/her assigned area and business segments. To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by Sales leaders. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintain constant contact with customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically regularly. Supervise subordinates to ensure all daily task are completed in a timely fashion.
完成各自负责销售区域的客房及宴会销售目标。在销售部领导的监督下,履行酒店赋予的职责。通过保持与其负责区域客户的联系来进一步提高酒店的知名度。定期手工或在线维护和更新销售记录。监督下级员工按时完成当日所有工作。
The Role 岗位职责:
Provide supervision of job functions assigned to staff members and check the effectiveness to each staff when completed.
指导每一位下属的工作,分派任务并检查完成的情况。
Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
管理通讯名录并保证不断更新。
Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
保持现有客户并发展新的客户。
Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
同客户保持良好的商业关系。
Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.
完成每周的款待和活动计划。
Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.
对团队和商务散客通过电话销售、访问、邮寄开展销售活动。
Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.
确认所有的预定单(包括宴会与会议)被准确无误地在销售部与宴会之间进行沟通并生效。
Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.
保证对所有的来信和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立一种令人愉快的工作关系。
Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.
记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。
Assist in conduct training to new colleagues.
协助新员工的培训工作。
To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan

Represents the hotel and participate in domestic and international sales activities
代表酒店参与国内外各项销售活动。
Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.
同时与现有客户和潜在客户保持经常联系。
To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.
安排每日走访的客户,以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。
To plan sales coverage of area/territory assigned in the most effective manner.

Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently

Fulfils Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interview

Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness in the market and business segment or responsibility.
积极宣传酒店产品,提高产品在市场和业务区域内的知名度。
To always practices “Cross Selling” and Up sell in accordance with corporate and department guidelines during sales calls.
在拜访客户时,经常使用Cross Selling” 和 Upsell等销售技巧。
To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the hotel.
保证已与客人确认的客房,宴会及餐饮服务在客人未到或在酒店入住时完成。
To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary

Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.

To answer and respond promptly to all correspondence and inquiry from customer and prospect within the time limit set according to policy & procedure.

Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
根据各自管辖区域撰写市场及竞争者情况报告。
To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts)
确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。
To develop and maintain a proper database for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
对指定客户的数据信息做到每日更新。
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Sales leaders.
向销售部领导提交每周和每月报告
Recommends to the Sales leaders on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets
向销售部领导就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议。
To participate in “Revenue meeting” monthly review with Sales leaders.
与销售部领导一起参加每月“Revenue meeting”回顾。
Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Sales team on the activities of each accounts and market trends
参加销售例会,就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售团队进行沟通,及时更新。
Abides by both the hotel and CHG policies and procedures
遵守酒店及集团的政策和程序。
Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis.

Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor
