Position Overview 岗位概述：
Complete monthly inventory of uniforms and linens. Check Public Area and back of house cleanliness. Report faulty equipment, maintenance needs, and safety hazards to manager. Train employees on all laundry procedures, including safety procedures and equipment operation, operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery. Train employees on cleaning procedures, including the handling of PA machine/equipment. Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

To handle guest rush laundry services.

Ensure that all guest items are treated carefully, to minimize any damages.

Has a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of how to operate all equipment in the Laundry.

Apply for Laundry goods and ensure chemicals etc are used properly, and in correct quantities, to avoid accidents and keep low cost and high quality.

Maintain quality control for in-house linen and uniforms

Ensure guest laundry charges are posted correctly and promptly.

To supervise and direct the functions of the valet department

To confer with assistant and supervisors on production and personnel problems.

To train team member according to established procedures; Conducts training meeting to discuss problems and future plans, give information and assignments.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求
Possess a complete knowledge of all areas in the laundry operation: washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing.
掌握清洗、去污、上浆、干洗和熨烫等相关洗衣房的全部知识。
Must have basic knowledge of the operation of all the laundry subdivisions.
必须有关于洗衣细节的基本经验常识。
Clothes material understanding.

Able to work under great physical and mental pressures.

Min 1 years in Laundry Supervisor position, plus 3-5 years of working experience in Laundry.
