Achieve budgeted revenues and personal sales goals and maximise profitability. 在预算内达成营收目标和销售目标,使利润率最大化。Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales.创建并执行销售计划,推动客房入住率明显上升,增加平均房价,提升业务量,提升餐饮和宴会销售。 Our People员工团队 Work with other department managers.

Guest Experience宾客体验
Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programmes, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.为宾客提供各种信息(如:忠诚计划、当地景点、餐厅、设备信息),以此提升宾客体验。 Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to produce group and/or convention business, to include room sales, food & beverage sales, and catering/ banquet services.
同主要客户和外部相关人员建立联系并保持联络,借此增加团体及会议业务量,包括客房销售、餐饮销售和宴会服务等。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field, and an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
市场营销或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历,具有其他同等学历与工作经验。流畅使用英语。能同时使用其它语言者优先。
