Duties and Responsibilities工作职责(主要负责MICE板块的销售工作)

Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel marketing plan and business plan, and financial plans.在预算内达成营收目标和员工销售目标,使利润率最大化。参与制定部门年度预算、酒店营销计划、经营计划以及财务计划。Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales.创建并执行销售计划,推动客房入住率明显上升,增加平均房价,提升业务量,提升餐饮和宴会销售。Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.准备每月报表和销售预测,分析当前和潜在的营销趋势,规划各种活动增加营收与市场份额,并监督员工工作绩效,确保业绩超出原先制定的营收计划。 Our People员工团队Manage day-to-day sales activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognise good performance.

Educate and train sales team that is responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and implementing sales strategies. Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
对负责开发新客户、维护现有客户并执行各项销售策略的整个销售团队进行教育与培训。确保员工获得适当的培训,并为员工配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备。
Work with other department managers to ensure proper staffing levels based on guest volume.
同其他部门经理协作,确保员工配备情况符合酒店客流量。
Guest Experience宾客体验
Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programmes, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.为宾客提供各种信息(如:忠诚计划、当地景点、餐厅、设备信息),以此提升宾客体验。 Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to produce group and/or convention business, to include room sales, food & beverage sales, and catering/ banquet services.
同主要客户和外部相关人员建立联系并保持联络,借此增加团体及会议业务量,包括客房销售、餐饮销售和宴会服务等。
Schedule conventions and/or business group activities at the hotel and coordinate with other hotel-level departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients.为酒店的会议及商务团队活动制定时间表,同酒店其它部门协调安排共同完成销售部门同潜在客户达成的协议中要求的各项服务内容。 Responsible Business企业责任Identify operational problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department on solutions.发现降低营销活动效果和酒店整体销售情况的运营问题,同相关部门协作共同解决。 Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度。
Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
完成其它分配的任务,可能需要担任值班经理。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field, and two to four years’ experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
市场营销或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等学历,2至4年服务业或酒店业市场营销和直接管理销售团队的工作经验,或其他同等学历与工作经验。流畅使用英语。能同时使用其它语言者优先。
