岗位职责/职位描述
- The Service Associate – Front Desk provides warm and natural guest services, handles the set-up of daily reservations and check in and check out of guests and all guest services in accordance with the objectives, performances and quality standards established by Shangri-La, Wenzhou.
前台服务员提供热情和亲切的对客服务,处理日常的预订业务。根据温州香格里拉大酒店的目的和工作标准,为客人办理入住登记和结账手续等。
- To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
全面掌握前厅部操作系统专业知识。
- Performs check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
高效率地办理入住和退房手续。
- Performs cashiering functions efficiently.
高效率地执行收银的业务。
- Handles all guests requests or enquires promptly and efficiently.
迅速有效地处理所有客人的要求。
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Amenity Centre on all the rooms assigned for early arrivals.
与客房部和备品中心协调,以便更好地为早到的客人准备好房间。
- Attends briefings, as required.
按规定参加会议。
- Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit.

- Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services.

CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED
要求
- Love service work, fluent English
热爱服务工作,英语流利。
- Cheerful personality, flexible mind, practical work, with a strong sense of service, sales awareness and responsibility
性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实,具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
- Familiar with the hotel's guest policies, facilities and services, as well as the level of work and standards of the front office.
通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及前厅工作程度和规范。
- Good appearance, healthy body image temperament.
相貌端正,身体健康形象气质好。
