-Minimum 12 years of F&B operation and management experience, among which 2 years as Director of F&B at an international 5 star hotel;
-Creative in driving F&B revenue and building customer relations and regular guests data base;
-Large banquet operation experience at luxury hotel is a must;
-Able to work with Sales & Marketing to organize F&B promotions periodically;
-Dedication, attention to details and thorough follow-through are your minimum requirement;
-Work well with other department/division heads;
-Follow directions well;
-English proficiency required;
-Bachelor's degree preferred.
