客户预定销售协调员 Customer Sales Coordinator

To be well-versed with the facilities and service offered by the hotel；
熟悉酒店设施及服务；
To "master" the room product in terms of rates, layout, breakdown, benefits and amenities；
熟悉客房产品，如价格、房间特征、优惠政策及客用品；
To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process；
了解预定操作程序；
Proficient in operating the reservations systems and equipment；
熟悉掌握预定系统和设备；
To ensure that all reservations are entered accurately and update maintained consistently.
确保预定准确无误，并及时更新。
CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED 岗位要求：
Minimum of one year experience in 5-star Hotel as in same position；
具备一年以上国际五星级同等岗位工作经验；
Fluent in English and Putonghua with strong oral and written communication skills；
良好的书写和口头交流技巧，英文及普通话流利；
Be familiar with Opera system ；
熟练Opera系统；
Good computer skills in relevant working system ；
良好的电脑操作技能；
