Ensure every day sales all effective 每天的客户拜访记录完善及有效
·
Ensure guest request effective to chef and service 确保客人就餐时要求及时反馈给厨房及前厅
·
To achieve the sales target按时完成销售目标
· Recommends improvements in all
aspects of their appointed sections as appropriate
可以对指定部门的各个方面提出建议方案。
· Conduct market surveys as
required and plan / implement appropriate measures to increase market share
按照要求和计划进行市场调研/实施正确的衡量措施,提供市场份额。
· To brainstorm / keep updated on
new technology to improve work efficiency
进行集思广义讨论/保持运用最新的技术,以提高工作效率。
· Co-ordinate with the Executive
chef / Outlet Manager on the set-up, implementation and sales of all outlet
promotions and menu planning
在餐厅制定、实施和销售促销和菜单计划等方面,与行政总厨/餐厅经理协作。
