-Minimum 5 years of F&B operation and management experience
-Creative in function/banquet set-up of different size, including contemporary and stylish flower arrangement and buffet set;
-High degree of sophistication and quality orientation;
-Large banquet operation experience at luxury hotel is a must;
-Able to lead the team to serve demanding customers with flexibility;
-Dedication, attention to details and thorough follow-through is required;
-Work well with kitchen, sales/catering and other departments;
-Follow directions well;
-English proficiency required;
-College degree preferred.
