职责
-Supervise the receiving clerks in performing the receiving function and the kitchen porters in performing the delivery of direct issue food items to the kitchens.
指导收货部职员在收货工作中应履行的职责,以及厨房搬运工人在运送直拨食品至厨房时应履行的职责。
-Verify all goods received to ensure that foods received are in accordance with the purchase speci Check fications. Goods ordered are to be supported by Purchase Orders (for non-food and beverage items) or Market Lists or Internal Purchase Order (for food and beverage items).
检查并核实所有收到的货物以确保收到的食品与采购要求的规格相符。货物的采购必须有订单除了食品及酒水),或者是市场报价单,或者是内部订单(食品,酒水类)。
-Ensure that all invoices or delivery orders of goods received are properly stamped and recorded in the Daily Receiving Report.
严把质量关,确保到货质量与酒店需求水平相一致。
-Ensure that all rejected goods, containers, empty bottles and cases leaving the hotel are properly documented and accounted for.
确保在所有发票或送货单上盖章并记入每日收货记录报告中。

At least 5 year experience in international class hotel;
