机械/水暖工 Multi-Mechanic

Key Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.According to the regulations and plans to finish of equipment maintenance, maintenance, cleaning on time . Ensure equipment is in safe and normal operation state, guarantee rate of equipment in good condition.
按照规定、计划按时完成设备的保养、检修、清扫。保证设备处于安全正常运行状态，保证设备完好率。
2. Abide by the rules and regulations of the hotel, to comply with the provisions of the engineering department. Positive completes each work by the superior arrangement. Timely reporting to higher authorities situation after the completion of the work, and do a detailed record.
遵守酒店各项规章制度，遵守工程部各项规定。积极完成上级布置的各项工作，工作完成后，及时向上级领导汇报情况，并做详细记录。
3.Strict compliance with industry regulations and rules for safe operation, firm establish" safety first" thought. Try to learn professional technology, and constantly improve the technological level.
严格遵守行业法规及安全操作规程，牢固树立“安全第一”的思想。努力学习专业技术，不断提高技术水平。
4.Familiar with process flow of cold and hot water system and major section control range, drainage systems, water system in hotel, at any time to master the running state of the equipment, discover hidden equipment, timely processing and recording.
熟悉酒店内冷、热水系统工艺流程和各主要节门点及其控制范围、排水系统、中水系统，随时掌握相关设备的运行状态，及时发现设备隐患，及时处理和记录。
5. Familiar with the air conditioning system in the hotel, including direct combustion machine principle and characteristics, the process of pumps and valves, keep abreast of air conditioning equipment operation condition, discover hidden equipment, in accordance with relevant regulations.
熟悉酒店内的空调系统，包括直燃机原理、特性、各种管路的走向、各种水泵、阀门的工艺流程，随时掌握空调设备运行状况，及时发现设备隐患，按有关规定处理。
