岗位职责:
Responsible for supervising the stewarding operation during shift and for cleaning and maintaining food and beverage premises to high hygienic standards. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and hotel policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision for Shanghai MGM.
在当班期间负责监督管事部的运营和清洁工作,确保餐饮物资达到高度卫生标准;遵守当地的卫生和安全法规, 或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
任职资格:
1. Over 2 years of related working experience, preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel.
2 年以上相关工作经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
2. Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
良好的中英文书写及口语能力者优先考虑。
3. Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
4. Honest, upright, Mature and reliable with positive attitude.
诚实正直,成熟可信,乐观向上。
5. Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.
有责任心与团队精神,执行力强。
6. Must possess basic computer literate.
掌握基本计算机技能。
