岗位职责:
1. Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Sales / Events Manager and provides initial suggestions on sales / events inquiries;
帮助指定的销售/会务经理处理往来信件,并就销售/会议活动方面的咨询给出初步的建议和回复;
2. Responsible for assisting the managers in typing / filling correspondence such as proposal, letters of agreement & thank you letters;
协助销售经理对例如方案、协议、感谢信等文件进行分类和归档;
3. Maintain a proper filling and trace system for the department;
维护部门的档案管理系统;
4. Responsible for administration and marketing program in Sales & Marketing Department – update on roster, and database;
负责将市场销售部的行政和市场计划更新到工作日志表和数据库中;
5. Responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the department and ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and other office supplies;
维护部门办公环境的整洁,确保办公用品库存充足;
6. Identifies and handles sales leads effectively & efficiently;
及时有效地识别并且掌握销售线索;
7. Conduct site inspection for the customers, if required;
根据需要,带领客户参观酒店;
8. Updates the organization chart and prepare relevant reports;
更新组织架构图,准备相关报告;
9. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervising Director of Sales / Events Sales, Sales / Events Manager, or Sales / Events Executive;
协助完成销售/会议销售总监、销售/会议销售经理及销售/会议销售协调员分派的特别项目;
10. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
保持以专业及道德标准和工作态度对待顾客和同事。
任职资格:
1. Ability to use Sales and front office computer systems;
能够使用销售及前台操作系统;
2. Ability and understanding of the market and competition;
具备准确理解市场并具备应对市场竞争的能力;
3. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English are a MUST;
出色普通话、英语口语和书面表达能力;
4. University graduate;
大学毕业;
5. At least one-year relevant working experience.
1年以上相关工作经验。
