任职要求
1. Over 1 year of related working experience. preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel. Outstanding fresh graduates can be considered and hired.
一年以上相关工作经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。可接受优秀应届毕业生。
2. Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
良好的中英文书写及口语能力者优先考。
3. Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
4. Honest, upright, Mature and reliable with positive attitude.

5. Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.

6. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers , some of whom will require high levels of patience , tact and diplomacy to defuse anger , collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
擅长于处理宾客关系,能有效快速的应对处理各种问题。
7. Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.

8. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
能在强压下胜任工作。
9. Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system .
