岗位职责:
1.Ensure that you maintain a high standard of grooming at all times, wear the assigned uniform.

2.Know about information of the group and the hotel and pass the corresponding training assessment. Ability to answer questions to guest. If not, pay attention to your tactics and seek help from your leaders.

3.Learn and perform the setup of the service station.
学习并执行餐厅服务台区的设置。
4.Learn and perform opening & closing lists.
学习和执行餐厅开档 & 收档清单相关的所有职责。
5.Learn and perform weekly and monthly inventory.
学习和执行每周和每月的盘点。
6.Learn “Forbes Service Standards”, provide over standard service to guest.
学习福布斯服务标准,为客人提供卓越的服务。
7.Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解,并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
8.Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

9.Fully conversant with all aspects of the POS System & Cashiering.
熟悉操作相关软件及收银系统。
10.Performs the function of cashier as required.
按要求执行收银员职能。
11.Strictly adheres to all policies and procedures issued by the Finance with regard to cashiering and cash handling.
严格遵守财务部发出的关于收银及现金处理的政策和程序。
12.Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
需要时参加培训课程和会议。
13.Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度以及涉及到消防、卫生、健康和安全的酒店政策。
14.Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
15.Exercises responsible behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel.
在任何时间表现负责的行为,并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队。
16.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned/sidework.
执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
任职资格:
1.Vocational schools, Senior high schools or above graduate.
职校、高中或以上学历。
2.Over 1 year of related working experience. preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel. Outstanding fresh graduates can be considered and hired.
1 年以上相关工作经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。可接受优秀应届毕业生。
3.Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
良好的中英文书写及口语能力者优先考虑。
4. Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
5. Honest, upright, Mature and reliable with positive attitude.
诚实正直,成熟可信,乐观向上。
6.Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.
