协助财务总监制定每月及每年的财务预算、财务报告、财务分析。
As the head of accounting in the finance department, assist the financial controller in formulating monthly and annual financial budgets, reports, and analyses.
负责酒店的帐目处理，包括收入、成本核算及报表分析工作。
Be responsible for the accounting of the hotel,including revenue, cost accounting, and report analysis.
对酒店资产的使用进行监管，处理应收帐、应付帐，并控制其在合理额度，确保酒店有充足的流动资金。
Monitor the use of hotel assets, handle accounts receivable and payable, and control them within a reasonable limit to ensure the hotel has sufficient liquidity.
完成财务各项数据统计与分析，经常审核财务部各分部的运作情况，做好财务总监的参谋。
Complete various financial data statistics and analysis, regularly review the operations of the various departments in the finance department, and serve as a good advisor to the financial controller.
协助制订客户信贷政策与收帐程序，确保酒店财务稳定。
Assist in formulating customer credit policies and collection procedures to ensure financial stability of the hotel.
监督及控制各部门的开支和已批预算案的执行情况，确保财务支出的合理性。
Monitor and control the expenditures of various departments and the implementation of approved budgets to ensure the rationality of financial expenditures.
负责开票及报税工作，处理各类税收的申报。
Be responsible for invoicing and tax reporting, handling various tax declarations.
协助会计师事务所完成年度财务审计工作。
Assist the accounting firm in completing annual financial audits.
做好成本控制营业核数的帐目，报表核对工作。
Perform cost control, business verification,and statement reconciliation.
出席财务会议，协调其辖下各分部与酒店其他部门之关系。
Attend financial meetings and coordinate the relationships between its department.
要求：Job Requirement
财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备中级会计职称者优先。
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with intermediate accounting title preferred.
具备3年以上总账会计或相关领域工作经验，有大型企业或跨国公司背景者优先。
Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or related fields, with experience in large enterprises or multinational companies preferred.
熟练掌握财务软件（如用友、金蝶等）和办公软件（如Excel、Word等），具备扎实的会计和财务理论知识，熟悉税务政策和相关法规。
Proficient in financial software (e.g., Yongyou, Kingdee, etc.) and office software (e.g.,Excel, Word, etc.), with solid accounting and financial theoretical knowledge, and familiar with tax policies and relevant regulations.
细致认真，具有良好的责任心和团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
Careful and conscientious, with good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to work under certain pressure.
