Manage the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment. This position is concerned with assisting in the supervision of all repair and maintenance and new installations. Ensuring the safety operation in the hotel. 1. General supervision of shift operation, all team members under his control and the allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instruction from the Chief Engineer.

11. Supervise and inspect hotel department’s fire preventive works and take proper measures to stop any violation of the fire prevention works.
