饼房厨师主管

1. 协助饼房厨师长监督管理西饼房工作。
The supervision and administration of the Pastry  work.
2. 指导并执行西饼房特别活动和特殊食品的销售工作。
Guidance and implement Pastry special activities and special food sales work.
3. 组织编制菜谱，并对食品成本进行控制及管理。
Develop recipes, and the food cost control and management.
4. 监督西饼房资产管理并确保设施设备处于完好状态。 
Monitor the Pastry  in asset management and ensure the facilities to be in perfect condition.
5.准备菜品的原料，确保原料充足、新鲜。                                      Prepare the materials of dishes, ensure the meterial enough, and fresh.                        
6.根据需要，制定、调整西饼房的运营程序。
According to the needs, formulate, adjust the Pastry operation procedures.
