L&D Manager/Asst. Manager 学习与发展经理/副经理

Assist the HRD the smooth and efficient running of Learning & Development Department. Maintain a suitable climate of associate’s relations to achieve Learning & Development goals. Ensure all local and government legislation and Learning & Development Policy and Procedure is strictly adhered to. Coordinate with all departments to advise line management and associates on all Learning & Development matters.

工作能力: • Above 5 years HR experience in international hotels.
5年以上相关外资品牌酒店人力资源经历。
• Mature and pleasant demeanour with good inter-personal skills.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
良好的沟通技巧和演讲技能
• Creative and analytical thinking, good organization skills.

Language 語言能力: • Good command of spoken and written English.
