MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要:
Handle all incoming group inquiries. Effectively leads thecustomer through the sales process to the point of a signed contract/offer.Communicate specifics of group to Event Management. Manage larger accounts orspecial markets.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務:
· Directly answers allincoming group inquiries/opportunities.
直接回复客人关于团队报价的问询。
· Builds rapport andeffectively qualifies each business opportunity.
与客户建立良好的关系,有效地评估每个询价需求。
· Determines availabilityof space and rate using revenue management tools such as hotel sales strategy,forecast book, sales system. Seeks additional approval from Revenue management/ Director of Sales as needed.
使用有效的营运收益软件,给予相应的客房及场地报价。
· Exhausts all avenues tosell hotel through alternative dates and/or rates. If no alternative isdetermined, Sales Manager cross sells to another Marriott hotel(s).
在可选日期与价格范围内,尽力销售酒店产品。如果可选日期的客房与场地都已预订,销售经理需向客人推荐其他万豪品牌酒店。
· Presents the benefits ofthe hotel to the customer.
向客户介绍酒店可提供的各项奖励计划及优惠政策。
· Inputs and maintainscontact, account and opportunity information in sales system.
在预定软件中输入相应的客户资料,如客户信息、公司名称等,并予以及时更新。
· Develops accuratecontract/offer and sends to customer. Gains commitment of customer through signed contract/offer.
根据客人需求,准备相应的团队或会议协议,经双方协商后,与客人签订相关协议。
· Once signedcontract/offer is received, completes accurate, detailed turnover documentationfor Event Management.
团队或会议协议签订后,准备好齐备的交接手续,并转交于宴会统筹部。
· Maintains relationshipwith customer through thank-you letter and follow up calls to increase repeatbusiness opportunities.
通过邮件或电话联系与客人保持良好的关系,以便在今后获得更多的合作机会。
· Strives to meetmeasurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team.
努力完成个人和团队的指标及任务。
· Site inspection.
安排客人参观酒店客房及相关设施。
· Implements trainingprograms to improve sales effectiveness and staff development.
参与各项培训计划,以便于提高销售技巧与员工发展。
· Tracks and measures theperformance of sales on a monthly or period basis.
每月评估销售成绩。
