Asst. Director of Sales & Marketing is the strategic business leader for the hotel’s Sales & Marketing department and responsible for the property's sales & marketing efforts. Oversee the operation of Sales, Catering, Public Relations and Reservations. Set up overall strategies for sales, promotions and advertising. The position shares responsibility for achieving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. To implement the Marriott brand service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process. Ensure that all strategies are set up in line with the positioning of the hotel and are according to Marriott corporate guidelines. Drive the hotel revenue through setting up of marketing and sales strategies and follow through on the execution of such strategies.

Profile of Competency
工作能力:
· At least 1 years department No.2 position experience in international hotels.
至少1年以上相关外资品牌酒店部门副职经验。
· Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes; can effectively up sell products and services; can bring a sale to closure
完美的销售技能及透彻了解整个销售过程;能有效地升级销售产品和服务; 最终能顺利地签约
· Strong customer development and relationship management skills
具有很强的客户发展及客户关系管理技能
· Manage key catering and group accounts
管理重要的宴会和团队客户
· Understands revenue management functions and account profitability

· Ability to interpret market data and apply to sales strategy
