SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
1. Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team

2. Attend to telephone, fax, email enquire in a timely manner

3. Co-ordinate all familiarization and site inspection as required

4. Assist with direct mail campaigns

5. Maintenance and management of data base

6. Assist with promotion and familiarization where requested

7. Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors

8. Work with other Marriott properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties

9. Stock control of collateral

10. Co-ordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items

11. Ensure website content is always up to date in all languages available, updated according to the CMS corporate guidelines.

12. Review and amend hotel information available on Marriott.com.

13. Ensure brand and marketing message on electronic channels is consistent with overall marketing activities i.e. special promotions/offers etc.

14. Research and Benchmark electronic media adverts and articles to ensure that the hotel remains a market leader in coordination with public relations department.

15. Ensure the picture quality loaded on the web pages are according to the corporate identity guidelines.

16. Avoid picture duplication on the website.

17. Identify signature shots representing both, the hotel and the brand.

18. Maintains the highest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skills related to the job responsibility.
