Laundry Attendant 洗衣房服务员

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
Responsible for assisting the washers, pressers and other members of the laundry team in providing a clean and timely laundry service to guests and internal customers
负责协助干湿洗工、手烫工和洗衣组的其它人员为客人和内部客户提供干净和及时的洗衣服务。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
· Assists in sorting hotel and guest linen for washing
协助收集酒店和客人的布巾，然后清洗
· Helps in timely loading and unloading of machines
及时协助装卸机器
· Assists in transferring linen and clothes between machines
协助机器之间的布巾和衣物传递工作
· Ensures timely addition of chemicals in proper quantity
确保及时添加适量的洗衣粉
· Maintains proper temperature, pressure and water level
保持适当的温度、压力和水位
· Ensures machines and areas are kept free of lint
确保机器和工作区域中无布巾残留物
· Ensures general cleanliness of the entire laundry department
确保整个洗衣部的整体清洁
· Sorts hotel and guest linen for pressing
对酒店和客人的布草进行分类以便手烫
· Ensures proper temperature and pressure required as per the texture of the textile
根据织物的质地保证使用合适的温度和压力
· Ensures timely pressing of all items
保证及时对所有物件进行手烫
· Ensures machines and areas are kept in proper working order
保证机器和工作区域的秩序
· Ensures all garments being pressed are in proper condition, else inform the supervisor, for suitable action to be taken
保证所有被烫衣物的良好状态，如有异常则通知主管，以采取适当应对措施
· Ensures broken zippers, missing buttons are replaced
替换断开的拉链和丢失的钮扣
· Ensures mending is done if necessary
如有必要须进行修补工作
· Attends all staff training meetings as when directed by the superiors
按上级要求参加所有员工培训会
· Reports health or safety hazards to the Laundry Manager
向洗衣房经理汇报卫生或安全隐患
· Other assignments direct by the superiors.
