· This position is concerned withthe physical set up and breakdown and resetting function rooms for the nextday's business for all functions within the Hotel, and actual service to theguest during the function .

· Under the direction of the BanquetManager or Supervisor, delivers exceptional customer focused service throughadherence to InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures. Promotes the desired work culture around thefive core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of theInterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

· Attends and participates indaily briefings and other meetings as scheduled

· Food and beverage stock isstored in relation to hotel procedures
