To establish a high degree of excellent in our Guest rooms, suites and corridors, ensuring the
customer receives only the highest standard of services that are equal to the high level of guest
and Management expectations.
建立卓越的高标准客房，确保每一位客人得到最高标准的服务，以达到客人超越的期望。
 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要:
 
Directly responsible for supervising the room attendant work and behaviour on their assigned floors as well as working shift
直接负责监督所辖楼层的客房服务员的言行举止、工作质量和排班。
