Sales Executive 销售主任

1. Implements all sales action plans related to therespective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2. Actively participates in achieving the departmentalgoals which contribute to the marketing budget.
积极地参与完成部门销售任务，为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3. Closely monitors accounts revenue and businessproduction for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量，以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4. Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOSM in the forecastingof rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long StayingGuests) groups.
协助高级销售经理和市场销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。
5. Attends major travel functions and promotionalevents (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilitiesand services) for the hotel.
参与主要的旅行社和会议活动并促进酒店销售(房间，宴会，服务以及其他设施)。
6. Plans sales trips, under the approval of SeniorSales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing to major market areas, callingon accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior SalesManager / Director of Sales & Marketing on potential markets needing coverage.

7. Get known all information of competitors, such asrate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOSMregularly.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息，包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等，并定期向市场销售总监汇报。
8. Work together and close communication with Sales Teamto keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals throughregular entertainment and some activation.
与其他同事紧密沟通并协同工作，通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
9. ake responsibility to conduct hotel inspection forall walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for futurefollow .

10. To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outsidecatering events and coordinate with the Department and follow-up revisions.
与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、户外活动等，并签定协议。与部门其他同事配合跟进具体在店活动。
