Ensure the effective and safe operation of allequipment in the hotel, be fully responsible for the security and fireprotection management within the hotel, and formulate fire protection andsafety management systems.

1. Organize and manage the engineering securitydepartment to maintain high efficiency in work.
组织和管理工程保安部，保持高效率工作。
2. Be responsible for the daily maintenance,upkeep and repair of all hotel facilities to ensure their normal operation;supervise the quality of maintenance services and cost control.
负责酒店所有设施的日常维护、保养和检修，确保正常运行；监督维修服务质量与成本控制。
3. Ensure that each device has a complete plannedmaintenance time, formulate or integrate a complete maintenance plan and submitit to the general manager.
确保每个设备有完整的计划维保时间，制定或整合完整的维保计划提交总经理。
4. Prepare the equipment and spare parts neededfor the computer room to ensure adequate inventory. Organize and inspect the warehouseof the engineering department and implement effective inventory management.
准备设备和机房所需备件，确保充足的库存。组织和检查工程部的仓库，实施有效的库存管理。
5. Regularly inspect the hotel buildings andequipment and supervise the progress of the department's work.
对酒店建筑、设备经常性检查，监督部门工作的进展情况。
6. Ensure the safety of hotel property, the livesand property of hotel guests and staff.
确保酒店财产、酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全。
7. Formulate the hotel's security and protectionsystem and fire prevention system, and guide and assist the safety managementof various departments of the hotel.
制定酒店安全保卫制度、防火制度，指导和协助酒店各个部门的安全管理。
8. Organize safety inspections and daily patrolsand patrols of all parts of the hotel.
组织对酒店各个部位的安全检查和日常巡视、巡逻。
9. Regular meetings are held to discuss energyconservation, environmental protection and fire safety training.
定期举行会议讨论能源节约，环保，消防培训。
10. Discuss the progress of the purchase order withthe purchasing department to ensure that the purchased items of the engineeringdepartment can arrive in time.

11. Adhere to the hotel's safety regulations,emergency handling regulations and procedures.
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
12. If necessary, the department reserves the rightto modify or supplement the job description.

13. Complete any other reasonable duties andassigned duties.
