· To upsell whenever possible to maximize on occupancy andrevenues, and cross-sell hotel other product.

· To fully understand market segmentation to accurately“qualify” reservations.
理解市场细分并能精准的进行预订分类。
· To handle incoming reservation requests/correspondence,confirming or regretting on the day received.
处理日常预订问询、确认并能够处理因满房等其他原因不能顺利接待预订的情况。
· To advise Reservations Manager of any deviation in rateapplications or reservations arrangement.
在预定系统出现价格问题或其他不合理的情况时第一时间告知预订部经理进行处理。
· Follow and complete the work that isarranged by supervisor. perform other duties as assigned by superior.
