· Provides support to front line personnel, so they can deliver thehighest level of outstanding guest service possible.

· Maintains open channels of communication with the Assistant Housekeeperon all matters affecting the Housekeeping, Guest Service, Engineering andLaundry Department.
对 所 有 关 于 客 房 部 、 宾客服务部、 工 程 部 、 洗 衣 房 的 事 情,与 客 房 部 副 经 理 保 持 联 系。
· Conducts regular meetings within assigned area.
