· Properly handles and maintains allpower tools

· Assists other tradespersons ortechnicians when requested by Departmental Management
按照部门管理要求，对其他商务人员或技术员予以支持。
· Avoids unsightly hazards and complieswith all local regulations and codes
避免潜在危险的发生，遵从当地法律和法规。
· Ensures cleanliness of all work areasand protects the surroundings when executing duties
确保所有工作区域干净整洁，在进行维护、维修的时候做好周边保护工作。
· Performs repairs and maintenance worksand Engineering Manager operations to meet customers’ expectations
维修、保养工作以及工程运营达到客户的期望。
· Ensure energy conservation measures arein place
确保管辖区内能耗可以实时测量，仪表正常使用。
· Ensure fire, life and safety systemsare operational
确保消防及安全系统操作正常。
· Ensures a strong communication link ismaintained between the Maintenance programmers and yourself, providing feedbackand comments on work performance, ways to improve procedures etc
确保做到自身与维修技术员工的有效沟通，就工作执行的情况及时反馈，并提出自己的意见，以及提高工作流程的方法。
· Ensures that Departmental Management iskept abreast of all problems, occurrences, and challenges that my causeinterference, lack of performance, unsightly activities etc.
就部门自身内部矛盾、执行力度不足及不可预见等因素，所造成的所有问题、事件及冲突，领班应确保部门内部团结，并肩解决。
· Performs emergency procedures relatingto fire, life and safety, e.g., such as attending to fire alarms, lift rescue
遇到火灾等紧急逃生的情况，要执行紧急疏散流程。比如参加火警报警及救援工作。
· Ensure timely completion of work ordersand preventive maintenance tasks
确保及时完成工作单和预防性维护任务。
· Ensure effective service recoverypertaining to guests’ feedback
确保提供高效的服务并收集客人相关的反馈意见。
· Follow and complete the work that isarranged by supervisor. perform other duties as assigned by superior.
