工作职责：• Create, update, and share RMCC reports to all relevant parties; complete all Revenue Analysts’ tasks as and when necessary to ensure consistent processes and procedures for all hotels managed by RMCC• Ensure professional and efficient utilization of Hilton systems, tools, and reports; follow best practice for RMCC to ensure all commercial decisions are supported by appropriate data analysis• Manage, contribute, and participate in projects to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the RMCC department, reports, process, or procedures• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases• Build an effective working relationship with commercial service teams and operations to maintain their trust and confidence in the commercial decisions based on data and fact• Support Revenue Managers and Directors in the RMCC to ensure a constant and consistent delivery of Revenue Management reporting materials and to drive the business processes forward• Follow the RMCC training program to gain expertise of Revenue Management and ensure consistent support for all hotels in the RMCC• Provide insights and analytics solutions to drive commercial performance任职资格：• 1＋ years related experience in an analytics role involving data analysis, data visualization and commercial insights generation• Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English• Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internal and external • Positive, open－minded, and ready for fast－paced and changing environment• Clear, concise, logical, and factual in making arguments and decisions• Ability to recognize trends in data and evaluate complex written and numerical information effectively and efficiently• Ability to multi－task, prioritize and balance importance, urgency, and resources• Determined and energetic, whilst remaining calm and level－headed to deliver results• Profession in Microsoft Excel （formula, pivot table）, SQL, and Power BI （or similar visualization tools）• VBA, MicroStrategy, Power Pivot, Power Query, and Alteryx are preferred
