Be responsible for the daily audit of the catering department, as well as the formulation of action plans and reports.
4、负责培训厨房和餐饮的所有员工关于食品安全与卫生的知识
Be responsible for training all kitchen and catering staff on food safety and hygiene knowledge
5、与内外客人和团队成员保持良好的沟通
Maintain good communication with both internal and external guests as well as team members
6、按照标准检查和维持垃圾房的卫生
Inspect and maintain the hygiene of the garbage room in accordance with the standards
7、 审阅垃圾分类方法
Review the garbage classification methods
8、与客人、供应商、政府、竞争者和其他团员保持联系
Keep in touch with guests, suppliers, the government, competitors and other team members
9、安排,实施&跟踪有关酒店食品安全管理体系的会议
Arrange, implement and track meetings related to the hotel's food safety management system
10、出席指定的会议,处理重要的各种外部团体的来话者和来访者
. Attend designated meetings and handle important speakers and visitors from various external groups
11、必须有高水平的人际交往能力去驾驭敏感自信的局面
One must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confident situations
12、能与所有层次的公共和个人团体联系沟通
Be capable of communicating and connecting with public and individual groups at all levels

With the assistance of a specific team, you will continue to enhance the hotel's food safety management system and pay attention to the qualification of hazard analysis and the identification of control points in key links
14、与行政总厨和行政副总厨沟通,厨师在酒店食品安全管理体系的各个方面,确保适当的合作。
Communicate with the executive chef and the executive sous chef to ensure appropriate cooperation among chefs in all aspects of the hotel's food safety management system.
岗位要求
Job Requirements
1、 持有行业卫生资格证书或者初级检验员证书者优先(符合上海本地要求)
Those holding industry health qualification certificates or junior inspector certificates are preferred (meeting local requirements in Shanghai).
2、 在食品卫生领域工作最少2年,经历过食品安全审计
Have worked in the field of food hygiene for at least 2 years and have experienced food safety audits
5、 精通很多电脑程序,比如,微软办公软件,文档和表格
Proficient in many computer programs, such as Microsoft Office software, documents and tables
6.拥有凯悦品牌工作背景优先考虑。
Those with a working background in the Hyatt brand will be given priority.
