1、负责餐厅的日常管理工作,并与厨房保持密切联系,确保餐厅的服务质量;
Be responsible for the daily management of the restaurant and maintain close contact with the kitchen to ensure the quality of service in the restaurant.
2、根据公司服务标准,为客人提供舒适、愉快的用餐体验。
In accordance with the company's service standards, provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant dining experience.
3、对管辖范围内员工、卫生、设施设备情况进行监督、检查。
Supervise and inspect the conditions of employees, hygiene and facilities and equipment within the jurisdiction.
4、做好各部门之间的协调和配合工作。
Do a good job in coordinating and cooperating among various departments.
5、组织餐前会,安排当天工作,传达公司要求,管理好PT工作。
Organize pre-meal meetings, arrange the work for the day, convey the company's requirements, and manage the PT work well.
6、布置重点推销酒品及菜品,带领员工完成各项指标及上级交给的任务。
Assign key products and dishes for promotion, lead employees to complete various targets and tasks assigned by superiors.
7、根据要求定期组织业务培训工作,逐步提高员工素质。
Regularly organize business training as required to gradually improve the quality of employees.
8、妥善处理客人投诉。
Properly handle guests' complaints.
9、需要有西餐厅同岗位经验三年及以上;
At least three years of experience in the same position in a Western restaurant is required.
