【岗位职责】
1、全面负责中厨房的日常运营管理工作，包括菜品研发、菜单设计、成本控制及厨房团队管理
Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the Chinese kitchen, including dish development, menu design, cost control and kitchen team management
2、制定标准化操作流程，确保菜品质量、口味及出品稳定性达到凯悦品牌标准
Develop standardized operation procedures to ensure that the quality, taste and stability of the dishes meet the standards of the Hyatt brand
3、根据季节变化和市场趋势，定期更新创意菜单，提升餐厅竞争力
Regularly update creative menus based on seasonal changes and market trends to enhance the competitiveness of the restaurant
4、严格管控食品原材料采购、验收、储存及使用环节，有效控制厨房成本
Strictly control the procurement, acceptance, storage and usage of food raw materials to effectively control kitchen costs
5、负责厨房设备维护保养及卫生安全管理，确保符合食品安全及卫生标准
Be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and hygiene safety management of kitchen equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
6、培训并指导厨房团队，提升员工专业技能和工作效率
Train and guide the kitchen team to enhance employees' professional skills and work efficiency
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，烹饪、酒店管理或相关专业
College degree or above, majoring in cooking, hotel management or related fields is preferred
2、5年以上中厨房工作经验，其中至少2年同岗位管理经验，有国际连锁酒店工作经验者优先
More than 5 years of working experience in a Chinese kitchen, including at least 2 years of management experience in the same position. Candidates with working experience in international chain hotels are preferred
3、精通粤菜、本帮菜等主流中餐菜系，具备扎实的烹饪功底和创新能力
Proficient in mainstream Chinese cuisines such as Cantonese and local cuisines, with solid cooking skills and innovative capabilities
4、熟悉厨房成本核算及供应链管理，具备优秀的成本控制意识
Familiar with kitchen cost accounting and supply chain management, and possess excellent cost control awareness
5、持有厨师职业资格证书，熟悉食品安全及卫生管理相关法规
Hold a chef professional qualification certificate and be familiar with relevant regulations on food safety and hygiene management
6、具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，能承受高强度工作压力
Possess excellent team management and communication coordination skills, and be able to withstand high-intensity work pressure
