Develop standardized operation procedures to ensure that the quality, taste and stability of the dishes meet the standards of the Hyatt brand
3、根据季节变化和市场趋势,定期更新创意菜单,提升餐厅竞争力  
Regularly update creative menus based on seasonal changes and market trends to enhance the competitiveness of the restaurant
4、严格管控食品原材料采购、验收、储存及使用环节,有效控制厨房成本  
Strictly control the procurement, acceptance, storage and usage of food raw materials to effectively control kitchen costs
5、负责厨房设备维护保养及卫生安全管理,确保符合食品安全及卫生标准  
Be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and hygiene safety management of kitchen equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
6、培训并指导厨房团队,提升员工专业技能和工作效率  
Train and guide the kitchen team to enhance employees' professional skills and work efficiency
