【岗位职责】
Job Responsibilities
1、全面负责酒店安全保卫工作，制定并执行酒店安全管理制度及应急预案，确保酒店财产及客人、员工的人身安全
Be fully responsible for the hotel's security and protection work, formulate and implement the hotel's safety management system and emergency response plan, and ensure the safety of the hotel's property and the personal safety of guests and staff
2、领导保安团队开展日常巡逻、监控值守、消防检查等工作，及时发现并消除安全隐患
Lead the security team to carry out daily patrols, surveillance duty, fire safety inspections and other work, and promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
3、组织安保人员培训，提升团队专业素质及应急处理能力，定期开展消防演练及安全知识培训
Organize security personnel training to enhance the professional quality and emergency response capabilities of the team, and regularly conduct fire drills and safety knowledge training
4、负责与当地公安、消防等政府部门保持良好沟通，配合完成安全检查及突发事件处理
Be responsible for maintaining good communication with local public security, fire control and other government departments, and cooperate to complete safety inspections and handle emergencies
5、调查处理酒店内发生的安全事故、纠纷及突发事件，提交调查报告并提出改进措施
Good communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively cooperating with various departments to carry out work
6、管理安保设备设施的维护与更新，确保监控系统、消防器材等处于良好运行状态
Good health, good conduct, no bad records, and able to adapt to shift work
7、审核酒店各区域的安全风险，参与新项目安全评估并提出专业建议
Those with basic English communication skills will be given priority
【岗位要求】
Job Requirements
1、具备5年以上星级酒店或大型商业综合体安保管理经验，熟悉酒店安保工作流程
Have more than 5 years of security management experience in star-rated hotels or large commercial complexes, and be familiar with the hotel security work process
2、精通消防、治安等相关法律法规，持有消防管理员或安保相关职业资格证书优先
Proficient in relevant laws and regulations on fire protection, public security, etc. Those holding professional qualification certificates related to fire protection administrators or security are preferred
3、具备优秀的突发事件处理能力及危机管理意识，能冷静应对各类紧急情况
Possess excellent emergency handling skills and crisis management awareness, and be able to calmly deal with all kinds of urgent situations
4、较强的团队管理能力，擅长人员培训及工作流程优化
Strong team management skills, proficient in personnel training and work process optimization
5、良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门有效配合开展工作
Good communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively cooperating with various departments to carry out work
6、身体健康，品行端正，无不良记录，能适应轮班工作制
Good health, good conduct, no bad records, and able to adapt to shift work
7、具备基础的英语沟通能力者优先考虑
