职位描述
遵循酒店政策于程序全面负责酒店的招聘计划、执行招聘方案并完成人才招聘需求以满足酒店运营的需要,维护并提升酒店雇主品牌的良好形象。
In accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures, be fully responsible for the hotel's recruitment plans, implement recruitment schemes, and fulfill talent recruitment needs to meet the operational requirements of the hotel, maintaining and enhancing the good image of the hotel's employer brand.
1. 协助人力资源总监编制年度人员编制计划。
Assist the Human Resources Director in formulating the annual staffing plan.
2. 制定招聘战略计划并有效执行。
Develop a recruitment strategic plan and implement it effectively.
3. 维护并拓展有效招聘渠道、积极开展有效的招聘活动,并与各渠道联络人维系良好的合作关系。
Maintain and expand effective recruitment channels, actively carry out effective recruitment activities, and maintain good cooperative relationships with the contact persons of each channel
4. 负责将所有空缺岗位及时发布到各招聘渠道,确保招聘相关广告符合集团及酒店的岗位要求。
Be responsible for promptly Posting all vacant positions to various recruitment channels to ensure that the recruitment-related advertisements meet the job requirements of the group and the hotel.
5. 寻找并对所有部门负责人级别以下人选进行初步面试筛选,与各部门经理沟通安排部门面试,并保证招聘活动流程符合程序要求。
Seek out and conduct preliminary interview screening for all candidates below the department head level, communicate with department managers to arrange departmental interviews, and ensure that the recruitment process complies with procedural requirements.
6. 需出差并参与对职业技术学校、学院、高等院校的考察、招聘活动及相应的宣讲、授课。
It is necessary to travel on business and participate in the inspection, recruitment activities of vocational and technical schools, colleges and higher education institutions, as well as the corresponding publicity and teaching.
7. 妥善管理候选人简历及个人信息,能够主动建立有效的数据系统来管理候选人信息。
Manage candidates' resumes and personal information properly, and be able to proactively establish an effective data system to manage candidate information.
8. 并能够对过往的招聘活动及本地市场进行情况分析,并分享分析报告及提供有效建议给人力资源团队及各部门经理,以利于酒店针对性调整人事战略计划。
Be capable of conducting situation analysis on past recruitment activities and the local market, sharing the analysis reports and providing effective suggestions to the human resources team and department managers, so as to facilitate the hotel's targeted adjustment of the personnel strategic plan.
9. 指导并监督招聘主任及时给与候选人面试反馈,对于确认的候选人清楚地沟通报到须知,并协助他们的入职安排。
Guide and supervise the recruitment director to provide timely interview feedback to candidates, clearly communicate the reporting instructions to confirmed candidates, and assist in their onboarding arrangements.
10. 对外展现积极专业的酒店品牌形象与个人素质,努力利用招聘相关资源推广酒店及品牌。
Present a positive and professional hotel brand image and personal qualities to the outside world, and strive to utilize recruitment-related resources to promote the hotel and brand.
11. 能够定期对部门的面试官进行面试技能、面试程序及相应系统使用的培训。
Be capable of regularly providing training to the interviewers of the department on interview skills, interview procedures and the use of corresponding systems.
岗位任职资历与能力要求:
Job qualifications and ability requirements:
1. 大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
2. 至少5年以上酒店业相关人力资源部工作经验,至少3年以上国际品牌酒店同等岗位工作经验。
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the human resources department of the hotel industry, and at least 3 years of working experience in the same position in international brand hotels.
3.在工作中具有结果为导向,能承受一定的工作压力。
Be result-oriented at work and be able to withstand certain work pressure.
4. 英语听说读写能力符合招聘工作需要。
The ability to listen, speak, read and write in English meets the requirements of the recruitment work.
5.良好的PPT演示及招聘演说技能。
Good PPT presentation and recruitment speech skills.
