QUALIFICATION 任职资格:
* University Graduate or above education level
大学本科以上文化程度。
* Graduation from Hotel Management related professional
酒店管理等相关专业。     
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少5年国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
* Ability to interact with all level of people; Self Starter and Motivator; Knowledge of Corporate, Travel Industry and Room Sales; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Team Player
能与各级员工互动交流; 工作积极主动; 了解,旅游产业和房销; 良好的交流沟通能力; 良好的团队合作精神。
* Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software; Ability to work independently and for long hours; Willing to be on a business trip.
熟练操作微软等操作系统; 能独立并长时间的工作; 可按工作需要出差。                             
JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明:
* Provide supervision of job functions assigned to staff members and check the effectiveness to each staff when completed
指导每一位下属的工作,分派任务并检查完成的情况。
* Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
控制通讯名录并保证不断更新。                                                      
* Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
保持现有客户并发展新的客户。
* Maintain good business relationship with all producers.          
同客户保持良好的商业关系。                                                       
* Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.  
完成每周的款待和活动计划。                                                        
* Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.  
对团队和商务散客通过电话销售、访问、邮寄开展销售活动。
* Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development          
记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。                                 
* To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan 
清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标,并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。
* To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.                          
安排每日走访的客户,以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。
* To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts
确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。
* Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update, communicate with DOSM on the activities of each accounts and market trends
参加销售例会,就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售总监进行沟通,及时更新。                  
* Abides by both the hotel and Wanda policies and procedures
遵守酒店及集团的政策和程序。
