QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
* Bachelor degree or diploma in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
具有会计，财务，商业管理或相关的本科学历或毕业证书
* Work experience of finance management for one years or above in 5 star hotel is preferred
一年及以上五星级酒店财务管理同岗位工作经验优先考虑
* Accountant management with professional knowledge and leadership skills
酒店会计管理专业知识及领导能力
* Skilled in the use of office automation equipment and realated management software
熟练运用办公软件及相关管理软件
* Excellent written and verbal communication
具备优秀的书面和口头表达能力
* Must be familiar with Opera, Infarsys, Excel and Microsoft Word.
能熟练操作Opera, Infarsys和 Microsoft Word，Excel.
* Observe the fincial system ,Rising personal professional knowledge and to play it 遵守各项财务制度，不断增加个人专业知识并将其发挥 * Understand the daily accouting ,familiar with related financial and tax policy Familar with computer office software and financial software operation :Be familiar with the process of all kinds of bank statement
懂日常会计操作，熟悉相关财务税收政策；熟悉电脑办公软件和财务软件操作；熟悉各类银行结账流程 * Familiar with hotel operation process and can guide the cashier .

JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明：
* Cross check the daily report against the computer generated reportsCheck rebates, allowances and adjustments against revenue are properly authorized and legitimate.
交叉核对电脑系统产生的报表,检查收入单据并与收入报表相核对
* Reconcile computer generated guest ledger balance against the general ledger balance.
检查所有折扣单据，免费单据，扣减单据，现金支出等，并审核相应签字是否符合酒店制度
* Perform some special tasks, analyses or reports requested by superior.
执行一些特别的任务，以及上级要求的分析或报告
* Monthly inventory the operating point of the reserve fund
每月盘点各营业点备用金，出纳备用金，采购部备用金
* Room super real royalty, sports fitness card promotion commission, activity promotion commission audit
客房超房提成，康体健身卡推广提成，活动推广提成等审核
* According to the Opera and Infarsys to check the general cashier report cash
根据Opera及Infarsys数据核对总出纳报告现金数据
* Cooperate with operation manager to write the hotel operation process
配合营运经理编写酒店操作流程
* According to the Opera system data check prices, laundry, mini bar income
根据Opera系统数据核对房价，洗衣费，迷你吧收入
* Check monthly income data, to ensure true, accurate.
核对当月各项收入数据，确保真实，准确
* Must be ready and responsible when assigned to other position by the Financial Controller
随时准备完成财务总监安排的其它工作，并对此负责
