* Hotel Management, Hospitility Management or related field

* Minimum of two years of same position experience.Or more than 5 years work experience in low level.

* Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

* Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

* Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明:
* Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.Creative Contribution to rooms and F&B.
与所有客户保持联系,提升公司的住房量及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务.
* Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness in the market and business segment or responsibility.
积极宣传酒店产品,为客户提供全程服务.
* To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary.
提供售后服务,确保认真对待所有投诉,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通.
* Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
以专业的方式与客人互动,关注他们的需求及反馈.
* Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.

* To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts)and know all current year city events

* Read and route incoming mails. Answer telephone in a professional and efficient manner and provide relevant information to callers .

* Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer intervie.

* To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the hotel.
保证已与客人确认的客房,宴会及餐饮服务在客人未到或在酒店入住时完成.
* Recommends to the Director of Sales on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets .
向销售总监就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议.
* To always practices “Cross Selling” and Up sell in accordance with corporate and department guidelines during sales calls.
在拜访客户时,经常使用Cross Selling” 和 Upsell等销售技巧.
