Ensures all public area products are up to Swisstouches standards, including machine maintenance, high quality cleaning service, cost control etc.
5. 负责部门内与财务有关的一切活动。Responsible for all Finance related activities within the department.6. 确保所有的公共区域员工支持并与房务总监一起争取完成年度总任务。Make sure the entire public area team supports the Director of Rooms to achieve the annual goals.7. 确保团队熟知酒店的各项服务和设施。Ensures team has extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities.8. 在部门内鼓励员工创新和改革。Encourages creativity and innovation within the department. 9. 根据制度与程序保证服务质量。Quality assurance according to SOP’S.
