DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. .Supervise Room Attendants and maintain high standard of cleanliness in guestrooms and his assigned areas of responsibility.
2. Go through “maid report” and assign task to Room Attendants.
3. Brief Room Attendants daily of what to be alerted and followed up of the day.
4. Inspect personal grooming of Room Attendants who works under your supervision.
5. Prepare and inspect Exp. VIP rooms, in-house VIP rooms, checked-out rooms, occupied room and handle problems arise.
6. Return is rooms back to front office as soon as possible.
7. Submit accurate “Room Status Report” to Housekeeping Office on the designated time.
8. Co-operate with Housekeeping Office for special events to follow up.
