To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all equipment (electric and gas) install in the laundry and kitchen, etc in productive and cost effective manner so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and optimum condition. To ensure and supervise the day to day smooth operation of all systems and plants and to response to all daily work requests form various operating departments and guests. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity,  Respect, One Team and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.   
及时进行维修、安装、预防维护以及日常配电和灯光照明系统运行情况，包括饭店内高压开关、变压器、低压开关、过压保护电路、接地保护、电量计量表、辅偿电容器、直流充电装置、柴油发电机、弱电调光器、避雷器运行情况，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态。确保日常系统和机电设备的顺利运行，落实日常其它部门和客人提出的各种维修要求。围绕洲际酒店集团五个价值---诚实、信任、服务、尊重及一个团队，提升工作期望值。
High  school degree and above. Practical experience in the field of M & E system pertaining to hotel operation.  Diploma in either  Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent. With electrical operation certificate.
高中以上学历。具有饭店机电设备运行的实际经验。具有机械或电力专业毕业证书，或相关专业证书。具有电工操作证、高压操作证。
