Delegate authority and responsibility to subordinate managers in a way
that the entire Food and Beverage operation runs smoothly.

Ensure that all legal aspects are being fulfilled in regards to:

Control of liquor, beer and
wine控制烈酒,啤酒和其他酒类。
·
Sanitation and safety 卫生和(食品)安全。
·
Guest walkouts and short checks 宾客离开和简易检查。
·
Truth in menu 菜单的真实性。
4. Supervise
the work process and service quality of all departments of Rooms, ensure that
they strictly follow the rules and
regulations and work process, could meet the group standards;
监督房务部各部门的工作流程和服务质量,保证其严格按照各项规章制度和工作流程,达到集团标
准;
5. Supervise,
guide and inspect the execution of the post responsibility system and the implementation of various policies and plans
by the managers of the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments, and to regularly
submit opinions and suggestions to the General Manager on the appointment and
removal of managers and staff rewards and punishments;
督促、指导、检查前厅部及管家部的管理人员执行岗位责任制和落实各项方针、政策与计划的情况,
并定期向总经理提出干部任免和员工奖惩方面的意见和建议;
6. In case
of customer complaints, take effective measures to eliminate the negative
effects and maintain the good image of
the hotel;
遇到客户投诉,及时采取有效措施努力消除不良影响,维护酒店的良好形象;
7. Ensure all managers and associates follow
all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to Loss Prevention and Engineering.
保证所有的经理和员工们熟知工作安全细则并且在有危急情况时立即报告防损部和工程部。

9. Enforce
operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
确保营运的标准进行周期性的回顾和更新。
10. Ensure that departments are responsible for asset
management of all outlet property and facilities.
确保所有部门管理好其内部的资产和设备。
11. Ensure that departments conduct a preventative
maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
确保每个部门进行每月一次的设施设备自查。
12. Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at
all times.
