MAJORRESPONSIBILIES 责任概要：
Responsible forsupervising the operation, repair and maintenance of all engineering projects,supervise duty associates and log down any special events.
负责监督酒店内各项工程系统每日的操作、维修及保养，监督值勤人员及记录与工程有关之特别事项。
SPECIFICDUTIES 工作任务:
Makes sure all the facilities are in normal operation.
确保当值时间内各项设施运作正常。
l Supervise all engineering projects.
视察酒店内所有工程运作。
l Regular inspection of all facilities.
定时巡视各项设施。
l Provide report of the conditions of machineriesat the end of the day.
于下班前向上级汇报各类机械的运作情况。
Make sure all equipment, maintenance and repair work could complete soon.
确保当值时间内各项装置、保养及检修工程快捷地完成。
l Follow-up all contracted projects.
跟办合约工程。
l Follow-up the previous shift uncompleted works.
跟办上一班次未完成的工作。
l Check completed project.
验收完成工程。
Deal and resolve any emergency situations during shift duty.
于当值时间内处理及解决紧急事故。
l Analyze the reason of each problem.
分析故障原因。
l Organize and guide the Duty Manager.
组织及指导属下员工修理故障并随时与值班经理保持联系。
Promote the effective internal management system.
促进有效的内部管理系统。
l Check each team working log.
检查各小组之工作记录。
l Report all completed works.
报告已完成之指派工作。
Ensure all necessary materials and tools are sufficient.
确保内部所需物料及工具之充足供应。
l Check the stock, distribute materials andsuggest the quantity of replenishment.
检查存量，分配用量及建议补足数量。
Promote work efficiency in the department.
促进本部门之日常操作效率。
l Distribute work effectively.
