· Coordinate with the frontdesk, the blocking of guestrooms for special or general cleaning purpose andensure rooms are returned to operation.

· Coordinate with theengineering department of all the emergency/late-cover orders that are notfinished.

· Look into the trainingprograms as far as weekly and monthly training plans and review with all assisthousekeepers before implementation, with the approval of the ExecutiveHousekeeper.
· 就每周和每月的培训计划调查培训项目并且在行政管家的批准下,在实施之前和所有的服务员一起回顾
· Check all the staffattendance (for payroll control) and house occupancy to see whether manpowerfor each section is adequate or not.
· 检查客房率和员工到岗情况来看每个方面的人力是否充足
· Check at least tenguestrooms per day.
· 每天至少查房10间
· Check all VIP roomsincluding in-house and arrivals to ensure proper accommodations.
· 检查所有的VIP房间包括已入住和将抵店的,用来确保合理的配置
· Evaluate all theHousekeeping staff’s performance.
· 评价所有客房员工的表现
· Make random check in allfloor linen rooms to see if they are up to required standards.
· 随机检查楼层布草间看是否达到标准
· Report to ExecutiveHousekeeper any disciplinary action required.
· 报告给行政管家任何的纪律处分
· Handle all staff requestand all personnel matter i.e. change of day-off etc.
· 处理所有员工的请求和个人事宜。比如调休等
· Make random check in allfloor storerooms to see they are at par level.
· 随机检查所有楼层的储藏室看他们是否在同一水平
· Interview new staff duringthe absence of Executive Housekeeper.
· 当行政管家不在时面试新进员工
· Perform supervisor’sduties when needed.
· 需要时扮演监督者的角色

· To be in the hotel in thecase of emergency.
· 紧急事件发生时留守酒店
· Perform other duties asassigned by Executive Housekeeper.
