职位描述

11.Inspect all aspects of the restaurant environment ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order. Mention any deficiencies to the superiors.

12.Review the reservation for follow up on all special settings requests according to the guests’ requests.

13.Maintain the pick-up station and side stations, ensuring agreement to standards of cleanliness, supply of stock and organization.

14.Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Promote positive guest relations at all times。

15.Report guest complaints to Superiors following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction. Advise of the problem and if unable to solve the problem, ask for superior’s assistance.

16.Be aware of guest reactions and confer frequently with superior and manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
